The Kingdom Man

“When you step out your door each day, do heaven, earth, and hell take notice? When you protect the woman under your care, can she do little to resist you? Do your children look to you with confidence? Does your church call on you for strength and leadership…[and] More than all of that, though, when God searches for a man to advance His kingdom, does He call your name?”

In this group, we will follow “The Kingdom Man” by Tony Evans to help young and adult men to understand their position under God and their position over what God has given them. It will provide practical concepts to help men develop biblical qualities and explore how to think, act, and empower others to live on God’s terms.

Date & Time: Sundays at 8:30 a.m. beginning September 14

Location: In-person – MPWOC Trailer

Audience: Teenage and adult men only

AI for Beginners (Faith & Technology)

This Life Group is designed for beginners who want to learn the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a simple, practical, and faith-centered environment. Together, we’ll explore what AI is, how it works, and how it can be used responsibly for ministry, business, creativity, and everyday life.

No technical experience is required. Through hands-on demonstrations, guided discussions, and real-life applications, participants will gain confidence using AI tools while staying grounded in biblical values and ethical wisdom.

Whether you’re curious, cautious, or excited about technology, this group will help you grow in understanding and learn how to use AI as a tool to serve God and people more effectively.

Life Happens, Then What

What do we mean by “when life happens”? It means unexpected events, challenges or changes occur that disrupt your plans and routines. It is incredibly important for us to recognize that life does indeed happen and we will encounter situations in life that are beyond our control. The “Life Happens” Life Group is a call to action — urging individuals to be proactive in navigating the ups and downs of life. It’s about not defining yourself by what happens to you, but rather how you choose to respond to it. Such experiences may leave us feeling helpless or anxious with emotions that we may not yet know how to process in a healthy way. It’s about turning setbacks into opportunities.

Date & Time: Sundays at 12:00 p.m. beginning September 27

Location: In person – MPWOC Trailer

Audience: Open to all
