Mental Health Team
Approximately 6 million Black Americans have a mental health and/or substance use disorder. However, half of this population did not access or use available treatment. This ministry team helps volunteers understand and be able to respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in children and adults as well as serve as a liaison to mental health services.
Prayer Team
Prayer is one of the most important actions we can do as believers. It makes us sensitive to God’s voice and gives us a spiritual weapon to fight our battles. This Team leads the church to regular, corporate-wide prayer, including weekly prayer calls and fasts.
Outreach Team
Our Outreach Team hosts opportunities to serve our local and global community including outdoor worship services, volunteer programs to help homeless families, international mission trips, and partnerships with The Dream Center and Interfaith Food shuttle.
Worship Team
This Team models a lifestyle of sincere worship and encourages others to do the same. Our Worship Team consists of singers, musicians, and dancers who lead the congregation in praise and worship during Sunday services and other events.
Life Group Team
Our Life Groups help you form a deeper relationship with God and build new relationships with others. This Team helps organize our Life Group structure and supports each Life Group with their needs.
Men’s Team
The Men’s Team helps men form an authentic bond with Jesus Christ so that they can be stronger husbands, fathers and leaders. The Men’s Team lead various events throughout the year to cater to men’s spiritual, physical and emotional needs.
Women’s Team
Women often have a reputation of prioritizing everyone else’s needs before their own. The Women’s Team is designed to meet the unique needs of women at every stage of life. We host workshops, conferences, and outings that help women find freedom in Jesus Christ and be a part of a godly sisterhood.
Kids Team
Elementary School
The Kids Ministry Team provides a safe, fun space for elementary school children to learn age-appropriate biblical truths. With the help of Students and adult volunteers, we use engaging conversations, worship, and other activities to help your child start and grow their relationship with God.
Students Team
Middle and High School
We understand that today’s society brings a new set of challenges for our pre-teens and teens. Under the guidance of other Students and adult volunteers, middle and high schoolers will learn practical, age-appropriate Biblical truths to help them grow to love God and live for Him.
Hospitality Team
Our Hospitality Team is your first point of contact – helping you and your family feel welcomed and providing any assistance that you may need while you’re at our church. This Team consists of parking lot attendants, greeters, ushers, security, and first-aid responders.
Production Team
Our Production Team is our in-house geek squad who manage sound engineering, video production, and creative design across our in-person and online programs.
