This God-created initiative is a 154-unit neighborhood with affordable housing options in the heart of Southeast Raleigh. The community represents the highest point (“Summit”) of living in Raleigh (City of “Oaks”) – making affordable housing possible in prime locations. We are so thankful that God has entrusted us to be a strategic partner in this community development program and look forward to our new neighbors in late this summer!
