October 2: Men’s Retreat guest speaker at MPWOC

Elder Zachary Tyrone Thorb will be the guest speaker at 11 a.m. Sunday, October 2 at MPWOC, part of the Covenant Brothers’ Men’s Retreat weekend. Elder Thorb is a Raleigh native and graduate of Garner Senior High. He owns a brick mason business and currently attends Ezekiel Institute of Ministry to gain more knowledge of the word of God. Elder Thorb received Christ as his personal savior on June 30, 1999 and months later he was filled with the Holy Ghost. In July of 2000 he was ordained as a Deacon. From Friday, September 30 through Sunday, October 2, the Covenant Brothers men’s ministry will be on retreat in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. The theme is Building Brotherhood: Strengthening Relationships for Strategic Purposes.  The cost is $125 per person and includes the rooms and all meals. $65 is due by Sunday, July 24.
