August 18-24: Join LOIK in a corporate fast

WHAT IS FASTING? Fasting is a POWERFUL Spiritual Discipline. Fasting connected with Prayer releases explosive results. Disconnected from Prayer it is merely a crash diet. The main purpose of fasting is to become more intimate with God.  Jesus himself fasted (Matthew 4:1-11).
